Shows who does not follow you back on Instagram and lets you unfollow them in bulk. The most-installed thing I have published.
- Compares followers against following and shows the gap
- Bulk unfollow with rate-limit-aware pacing
- Whitelist accounts you never want to unfollow
- Runs in your own session — no password, no account link
Why I built it
Instagram deliberately makes this hard: there is no built-in comparison between your followers and the accounts you follow, and unfollowing is one tap at a time. Doing it by hand across a few hundred accounts is an evening lost.
How it works
It reads the follower and following lists already available in your own logged-in session, compares them locally and shows the gap. Unfollowing runs at a deliberately controlled pace with pauses between actions — that pacing is most of the engineering, because the naive version gets an account rate-limited within minutes.
Store description Instagram Unfollow AI detects those who don't follow you back and helps you unfollow them to optimize your account easily.
