Why I built it
Telegram groups are where a lot of communities live, but there is no built-in way to message a list, pull a member list out, or move members between groups. Doing any of it by hand across a few thousand people is not realistic.
How it works
It drives Telegram Web in your own logged-in session: sending with a delay between each message, reading the member list a page at a time, and adding members at a pace that stays under Telegram's limits. The rate limiting is the part that matters — going fast gets an account restricted.
